He is the founding partner of Mamann Sandaluk LLP, one of Canada’s leading and most respected immigration and refugee law firms, based in Toronto. Throughout a distinguished legal career spanning 39 years, Mr. MAMANN has earned a reputation as one of the foremost authorities in Canadian and U.S. immigration law.
EDUCATION
Mr. MAMANN graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985. Prior to establishing his private legal practice, he served as an Immigration Officer with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration at Toronto Pearson International Airport, where he gained first-hand experience and extensive knowledge of Canada’s immigration assessment and border procedures.
CREDENTIALS
In April 1987, Mr. MAMANN was officially called to the Ontario Bar. He is also admitted to practice law in the State of Massachusetts, United States. In June 1995, he achieved a historic milestone by becoming the youngest lawyer ever certified by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) as a Certified Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law. He also holds dual specialist certification in both Immigration Law and Refugee Protection Law.
