EDUCATION
Mr. MESEREAU graduated with honors from Harvard University, earning his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, before obtaining his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). He then earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to refining his private practice, he served as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill and worked as a prosecutor, mastering complex judicial procedures and federal statutory frameworks.

In 1979, Mr. MESEREAU was officially admitted to the State Bar of California and remains a member in good standing authorized to practice before federal district courts and the Supreme Court of California. He was named "Trial Lawyer of the Year" by the National Trial Lawyers for his lifetime achievements and current federal trial victories. He is consistently ranked among the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America" and holds the prestigious Thomas A. Mesereau Cup, established in his honor by the Litigation Counsel of America.
